i guess you mean those Apps are detected that your device is Jailbroken and stop working?
if that the case you might find this Video helpful:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=70KRTg6uy8c

even-though the video is demonstrated on iOS 12, i believe it should be working on iOS 10 as well.

Hi All, as you probably noticed and as I posted on my other Post, I no longer personalty sing the JeppFD IPA since the unc0ver Jail break was released for iOS 12.0 to 12.1.2. anyway the signed IPA certificate would expire on Jul' 2019, so it would seize to work anyway.
the signing of the IPAs was intentionally from the beginning to be a temporary solution until a jailbreak for iOS 12 would be release, and the day had come :)

for all of you that have a Jailbroken device running on iOS 11.x or on iOS 12.0 to 12.1.2 here is the most simple installation process
I tested on both of my iPads I own which worked great.
one iPad is on iOS 1.3.1 and the other is running on iOS 12.0.1, both are jail-broken and it worked on both.
I deactivated the JeppFD on those iPads like 10 times to re-test the JeppFD installation/Activation and it worked every single time.
so I believe it should work on your too.

You can grad the the JeppFD Activation file and the full Installation procedure form the following link:

Hi Akila , just need more information about what will happen after July 2019.
Thanks to your developper account, I manage to install and update JeppFD very easily on my non jailbroken iPad. So when the certificate is finished (this month?) , will I have to re-install JeppFD (and jailbreak my Ipad to do so ?) ? Won't I be able to access folders anymore ?
As I don't need a jailbroken device for other applications , is there another way to keep JeppFD updated on a non jailbroken device ?
Regards,
Alex

after July 2019 the certificate would expire which I believe you won't be able and run JeppFD.
you will most likely still have access to the folders but you probably won't be able and run the program on your iPad.
the developer signing ipa was never intended to be a permanent solution, it was intended to be a temporary solution until a jailbreak for iOS 12 would be released. which it did. I think you will have no choice but to JB your device and follow the JB JeppFD procedure

Just one last question .

The JB for iOs 12 is only semi-tethered and unc0ver must be re-installed every 7 days if you don't have a developper account ... It sounds like a nightmare for each chart update !
So my question is : if I apply for a developper account , would I be able to sign the jeppFD ipa as you did , using my device ID ? In that case I only need to reinstall it once a year , is that correct ?
If true , could you describe quickly the process to apply for a developper account and to sign an IPA ?

Thanks for your answer

Alex

yes, you can sign it the same way I did with a developer account. but you need a MacOS for IPA code signing.
it would be valid for a year, than you just renew the certificate.
you might want and talk to "toliveira" here from the forum, he is also planing on getting a developer account for this.
maybe you can do something together and split the expense or something.

as to how to do it, i followed those videos at the time:
